Body Work Therapy

The BodiThink method is Trauma relief therapy. It is the release of pain on a physical and cellular level. Trauma relief therapy is a combination of techniques that have evolved into a unique method. It has been proven effective with clients who have exhausted all other forms of therapeutic care. Physical pain in all forms are addressed at a muscular, tissue, joint and cellular level. The end result is to reformat the brain (CNS) to release the pattern of injury and remove the pain feedback loop or minimize it significantly.

Shadow Work Therapy

Shadow therapy is the process which enables a person to distinguish between delusion and reality. When trauma translates into hardened patterns of thought (belief systems) they usually conflict with reality. Anger, anxiety or the feeling of being stuck is not how we are meant to live life. It usually means we are defending something we may not even believe in anymore.

Shadow work is the process in which you are challenged to consider if your belief systems have your best interest at heart. By strengthening your emotional resiliency to function optimally it will encourage your best life moving forward with less resistance.

Physically Awake

Emotionally Aware

Spiritually Alive

Physically awake - Fatigue is a common ailment, usually stemming from inadequate sleep, health issues or stress. Another factor may be due to physical stress on the body. Sitting, inactivity and unhealthy habits all lead to physical pain and disturb the natural rhythm of the body. Unhealthy habits include eating disorders or inappropriate exercise, however, it’s the small things we do every day that contribute the most to the dysfunction of the human body. Yes, sitting for extended periods of time can lead to long term issues. But there are times we do sit for work or leisure. It’s how we sit that may make a difference in how our bodies function long term. Also, how we stand and align our joints can prevent our muscles from not becoming stiff to support our frame. This stiffness exhausts and weakens our ability to recover interrupting our ability to rest and heal. We seldom focus on educating our body to sit and stand in an effective way to help our bodies run efficiently. When our bodies run well we sleep well and live well. Restore what has been done to the body and reawaken what is in the body.

Emotionally aware - Aware-(adj) having or showing realization or perception; knowledge. Our emotions have been hijacked by pain and victimization. We are more acutely aware of our pains than we are of our emotions. This is because emotions were meant to process these disturbances “away”. If we allow our emotions to help filter the pain through our body we can let go of both.

Spiritually alive - There is a difference between being spiritually calm and spiritually alive. Being spiritually calm is the freedom from chaos. Being spiritually alive is harnessing strength to remain calm in the midst of chaos. When our body has the capacity to be awake and aware we inspire our spirit to live.
